1. About Us

Mirembe Beddings & Curtains is a home accessories and textile retailer based in Kampala, Uganda. We sell beddings, curtains, pillows, duvets, bathroom accessories, and related home décor products through our website and physical branches.

2. Ordering & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

• We accept payment by MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa card, and Cash on Delivery.

• Your order is confirmed only after we have verified your payment. You will receive a confirmation email and SMS.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud.

• Coupon codes are subject to their stated terms and may be used only once per customer unless otherwise specified.

3. Delivery

• We deliver within Kampala and to selected districts across Uganda.

• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery zone.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or public holidays.

• You are responsible for ensuring that a suitable person is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

• We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery address information provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mirembebeddingsandcurtains.com.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and with original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.

• We do not accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• Custom-made orders such as made-to-measure curtains are non-refundable unless they arrive defective.

5. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our products including colour, size, and material. However, colours may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings. All dimensions given are approximate. If you are unsure about a product, please contact us before ordering.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and designs is the property of Mirembe Beddings & Curtains. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ugandan law, Mirembe Beddings & Curtains shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
